At Mike’s Tire, we value our customers and strive to provide top-quality products and services. However, due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.
1. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable once purchased:
🔹 Tires & Wheels
- All new and used tires and wheels are final sale.
- Once a tire or wheel has been mounted or installed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
🔹 TPMS Sensors & Valve Stems
- Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensors and valve stems are non-refundable due to their specialized nature.
🔹 Tire & Wheel Repairs
- Services such as tire patching, plugging, wheel balancing, or other repairs are final and non-refundable once performed.
🔹 Vehicle State Inspections
- All vehicle state inspections are non-refundable, as required by Texas state law.
- Once a state inspection has been conducted, no refunds can be issued, regardless of the outcome.
🔹 Custom Orders
- Any special order tires, wheels, or parts that we order specifically for a customer cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. No Returns on Installed Products
- Any tires, wheels, TPMS sensors, or valve stems that have been installed cannot be returned.
- Once a tire or wheel is mounted, it is considered used and cannot be exchanged.
